This section contains the detailed step-by-step and end-to-end guide on how you, as a Netbank Client, can open a live Corporate Netbank Bank Account under their entity’s name via the Netbank Virtual Partner Dashboard which you can use for actual transactions and operations in the Production environment.

• As a Netbank Client, you must have a designated Super Admin who has signed up to Netbank Virtual (https://virtual.netbank.ph/signup) and has access to the Netbank Client’s Partner Dashboard
• As a Netbank Client, you must have Production Credentials (which can be requested for here: https://virtual.netbank.ph/credentials/api) even if it is not yet approved by Netbank
• Ask your Super Admin (the one who signed up to Netbank Virtual) to perform these steps below OR ask your Super Admin to grant a Netbank Virtual Partner Dashboard access (via the Access Management section of the Partner Dashboard) to the designated person who will do the live bank account opening. </aside>

• Ask your Super Admin (the one who signed up to Netbank Virtual) to perform these steps below OR ask your Super Admin to grant a Netbank Virtual Partner Dashboard access (via the Access Management section of the Partner Dashboard) to the designated person who will do the live bank account opening.
• Prior to starting this process, please prepare the following documents (soft-copy):
  • Photo of the Valid ID of the Client’s Authorized Signatories
  • Photo of the Signature of the Client’s Authorized Signatories
  • PDF copy of the General Information Sheet (or any equivalent document) of the Client
  • PDF copy of the Articles of Incorporation (or any equivalent document) of the Client
  • PDF copy of the signed Board Resolution or Secretary’s Certificate that indicates the authorized signatory of the Client (no need to be notarized) </aside>

Step 1 : Log in to your Netbank Virtual Dashboard

• Go to https://virtual.netbank.ph/home
• Click the “Login” button in the upper-right part of the page

• Enter your Netbank Virtual Username and Password
• Click the “Continue” button

Step 2 : Navigate to the the Bank Account Management Section and initiate the Live Bank Account Opening

• Go to https://virtual.netbank.ph/home and click the log in button
• Click the “Login” button

• Once logged into the Netbank Virtual Partner Dashboard, navigate to the Bank Account Management section

• Once in the Bank Account Management section, click the “Open a Netbank Corporate Bank Account” button
